Henderson, Inc. built the Corner Pocket Restaurant and building, which was one of the first projects in the new-urbanism development New Town. It is a full-service restaurant and bar/pool hall with offices above on the second floor. The restaurant contains significant ventilation and exhaust systems because of the business above. The kitchen includes all commercial cooking and dishwashing equipment.
