Site development, in the general sense, is the improvements needed to prepare a construction site.  This covers a range of activities and is defined by a site plan prepared by an engineer.  Experienced surveyors, equipment operators, and management perform a wide range of essential services to get this work done.

Preconstruction involves preliminary planning and engineering in order to define the project, identify potential issues, and analyze cost impacts.

Henderson, Inc. will join a design team, and together, we will define the project scope, establish a schedule, and develop a construction cost as early as possible with the most efficient use of resources and money.

Our Preconstruction efforts ultimately help the owner determine the viability of the project by setting realistic expectations for construction cost and duration.

Virtual Construction
Building Information Modeling (BIM) allows us to model building systems in house and begin collaborating with the design team prior to the start of construction.  By doing this, we are able to utilize Clash Detection to foresee areas where the building systems will be in conflict if they are constructed as designed.  By getting in front of these issues and finding solutions before the problem ever arises, we save the client the headache of budget busts and schedule overruns.
