Henderson, Inc. will join a design team, and together, we will define the project scope, establish a schedule, and develop a construction cost as early as possible with the most efficient use of resources and money.
Our Preconstruction efforts ultimately help the owner determine the viability of the project by setting realistic expectations for construction cost and duration.
