Rick’s days here at Henderson as the Special Projects Estimator are busy, nonstop work starting at 6 in the morning. Rick brings some great skills to Henderson such as hard bidding, and giving 110% to the team. His favorite project that he’s worked on was Lipton Tea and Hidenwood Shopping Center.
Rick is originally from Richmond. When Rick is at home, he is happiest just taking it easy and relaxing.
Don’t tell people how to do things, tell them what to do and let them surprise you with the results.
There is no such thing as a “typical” day at Henderson, Inc. for Heather. She is heavily involved in the project procurement processes, and she has spent a good portion of the 21st Century bringing her creativity and helpful spirit to Henderson, Inc. With too many memories to count at Henderson, Inc., there is one that sticks out for her – Heather met her husband while working at Henderson!
Speaking of her husband, they have 2 boys and 3 dogs, and currently live on the outskirts of Williamsburg. When she is not at work, you can probably find her working out, traveling, or spending time at the Bay with her husband and dogs.

Logan has been with Henderson since 2019. As a Preconstruction Manager, his daily tasks include creating budgets, gathering bids from subcontractors, and working with the team to communicate project goals. Since he started with us, he has shown strong ambition, organization, and he is pretty savvy with numbers!
Originally from Louisiana, Logan is married to his wife, Amber, and together they have a newborn daughter, Harper James, and a yellow lab named Renzo. When Logan is not at work, he is hunting, playing golf, or watching LSU football. GEAUX TIGERS!
There is no limit to the amount of good you can do if you don’t care who gets the credit.
As the Director of Preconstruction and Development you can typically find Al in coordination meetings. He works diligently with internal and external team members to prepare projects for a successful completion. With over twenty years at Henderson, Inc., he still remembers the first time he walked onto the Apollo’s Chariot project (his first project with the company, and still his favorite)!
Hailing from Danville VA, Al is married to his wife Tiffany, and they have a lovingly-spoiled beagle named Sigmon Murphy. On the weekends, you can find Al at his backyard grill or woodworking.
