Wayne Willett

Wayne Willett

Wayne spends his day to day at Henderson working with the team and pushing the projects forward. Wayne brings motivation to others at work with his “go get it” attitude. He really enjoyed working on the High Street apartments and claims he learned a lot in such a short time.

When Wayne isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters and hiking through the wilderness.

Once a job has begun, never leave until it’s done. Be the labor great or small, do it well or not at all.

Julie Russell

Julie has been with Henderson since 1995. She highly values a positive team approach in order to get the job done. Her strengths of developing relationships, organization and meticulous detail are a vital part of many project successes. Her favorite project was 20 miles of the Va. Capital Trail, as it included interesting challenges, and is ultimately enjoyed by so many in our area. Julie initiated the Henderson, Inc. High School Mentorship Program, and welcomes the opportunity to educate young people about careers available in our industry.

Julie is originally from Lynchburg, VA. She has been married to her husband, Steve since 1984. They have one son, Patrick, and a chocolate lab, Charlie Brown. Julie’s favorite activities outside of work include boating, fishing, gardening, and yearly vacations with family to Emerald Isle.

Kimberly O’Neill

Kimberly O'Neill

Kimberly’s day-to-day at Henderson consists of everything from reviewing submittals to helping manage the flow of project information. Her previous experience as a field superintendent helps her perform her job at a higher level of understanding.  Her favorite memory at Henderson is when she was an intern at the Williamsburg Landing project, but her favorite project was her first solo project at Liebherr in Newport News.

From Chesapeake, Virginia, Kimberly is married and has a beautiful daughter, Madeline, as well as two cats, Lane and Shea.  When Kimberly is away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, camping, reading, shopping, and travelling.

Whatever you do, do it well.
