The former Binn’s Fashion Store located in Merchant’s Square of Colonial Williamsburg was renovated into a mercantile, storage, and support space.
The store spanned three buildings. The two floors and basement included in the renovation were nearly 12,000 total square feet in size.
Included in the renovation were demolition of the existing space, new floor finishes, a new partition layout, some structural modifications, updates to the restroom as well as mechanical and electrical upgrades.
