Hampton, Virginia

Old Point National Bank’s new corporate headquarters is a 54,200 SF, six-story building with a corporate penthouse level retreat located in historic downtown Hampton at the corner of Queens Way and Wine Street. The building is a combination of steel frame and architectural precast concrete.

The corporate headquarters houses the bank branch office as well as executive offices, commercial lending, private banking and administrative staff. The first floor provides its customers with traditional banking services, with Class A office space and mail room facilities provided for Old Point National Bank’s use on the second through fourth floors. The fifth and the sixth floors contain corporate management offices, board room, and training facilities.

Energy conscious measures were identified at the outset of the project and sustainable building practices were implemented throughout the design and into construction.
