The Covenant Woods Cottage project consists of the demolition of 27 existing cottages and the rebuilding of 21 wood-framed cottages ranging from 1,600SF to 1,900SF. This work is being done in phases as residents move to other living arrangements throughout the Life Plan Community campus.
