Brian Schultz

As Director of Building Operations, Brian helps support the Project Management Team and Superintendents with the construction of our projects. His “leadership through service” style helps generate and nurture our culture, which continues to be a strong component to our success.

Brian has many loves in his life. His wife Lori, their three young children, baseball, the outdoors, and being in the gym are just a few. He also loves coaching youth baseball and working with local talent on their physical training.

Failure to prepare is preparing to fail.

Ron Houser

Ron Houser

Ron has worked for Henderson for over 20 years. He started as a laborer and worked his way up to Project Manager. He says that there are too many great memories at Henderson to pick just one; but one of his favorite things is the family atmosphere and business culture they provide. He has worked on several projects but one of his favorites was the USCG Rescue Swimmer Training Facility.

Ron was raised in Jacksonville, North Carolina and moved to Virginia shortly after gradationing high school. He has been married to his wife, Shannon, for almost 25 years. They have two daughters Allyson and Lyndsey. During his down time Ron loves to root for the Pittsburgh Steelers, going to NASCAR races with his friends, listening to music and spending time on the beach with his family.

Ron has been heard to mutter “No good deed goes unpunished” but still strives to complete the next good deed.

Rob Haven

Rob’s days at Henderson being a Project Manager are filled with lots of meetings, phone calls, emails, and organizing. Rob brings open mindedness and is willing to learn and do whatever is needed to benefit the team. Rob’s favorite project at Henderson has been the Escape from Pompeii at Busch Gardens.

Rob has been living in Williamsburg since he was two years old. When he is at home, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Jenna, and their 4 children. Rob also loves to build furniture in his shop in his free time.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter.
