Rick Logan

Rick can usually be found helping other superintendents and supporting construction activities. as well as helping the Preconstruction Managers. Rick brings many skills to Henderson such as relationship building and his true passion for construction. Rick’s favorite project he worked on was Apollo’s Chariot at Busch Gardens.

Originally from Poquoson, Rick and his wife Mechelle have 4 children. When he is at home, he enjoys taking it easy and spending time with his wife. Rick also enjoys attending bible study.

Daniel Laine

Daniel Laine

Daniel has been with Henderson since 2006. He brings his vast knowledge of all scopes of construction to his role as Superintendent. Most days are extremely busy as he is in charge of controlling the job site and all the people on the site. His favorite project at Henderson has been the Montross Shooting Range project.

Daniel has not been a Virginian his whole life as he hails from Houston, Texas. Outside of work, he can be found spending time with his two daughters, Autumn and Ava.

Jerry Legg

Jerry Legg

Jerry came to Henderson Inc in 2023 with nearly three decades on construction experience. His experience, attitude, and overall knowledge of the industry make him a great asset to any project he works on.

When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.

Laveita Kuhns

Since 2015 Laveita has been in our Payroll and Human Resources department. Undoubtedly, she is one of the favorite employees every week! She truly enjoys participating in all the Henderson, Inc. activities especially our annual wood cut.

Laveita was born and raised in Williamsburg, VA. She is married with three kids and four grandchildren. Her favorite activities include spending time with her family and cooking.

Randy Koob

Randy’s career in construction started in 1985 and he has shown himself to be a true asset to Henderson, Inc. since his arrival to us in 2022.  He is also among the many family members we are blessed to have since his son Brandon also works in our company.

Randy has been a part of the Williamsburg community all of his life and enjoys spending his free time golfing, being at the beach and spending time with his two sons.

Amy Keller

Since 2014, Amy has been working hard at keeping our project paperwork straight. Her strong work ethic and her willingness to help everyone makes her the “go to gal,” and she enjoys being able to do it. Her best memories of Henderson usually involve our annual woodcut and the Pantheon project at Busch Gardens.

Her love of kids, dogs, crafting, and baking keeps her busy when she’s not at the office. She and her daughter are a dynamic duo of energy, and her cupcakes are divine!

The question isn’t who’s going to let me, the question is who’s going to stop me.

Erich Kadel

Erich Kadel

Since 2000,  Erich has brought his amazing ability to Henderson, Inc. in his role as Project Superintendent. On a day to day basis, you can find him on job sites managing subcontractors and co-workers to get the job done as efficiently as possible. Some of his fondest memories at work come from all the new experiences he faces every day!

When he is not at work, he is most likely hanging out with his wife of over 25 years, 1 son, 2 daughters, and 3 dogs! Outside of family time, you may catch him rocking out to some heavy-metal or some good ole yacht rock.

Never leave that till tomorrow which you can do today.

Nick Jones

Nick Jones

Nick started out in the field and worked his way in the past 15 years from Project Engineer to Superintendent to his current role as Project Manager. Nick says “everyday is different when working in construction”. His greatest asset is his youth and ability to communicate and manage people beyond his age and experience. Nick’s favorite project at Henderson was the Parkside Resorts, Building 3000.

When Nick is at home, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Virginia, their son Thayer and their two dogs Randolph and Macon. Nick also enjoys going hunting and fishing whenever he has time.

Frank Hudik

Frank Hudik

Since 2002, Frank has brought a strong work ethic and shown the willingness to learn and grow as a site superintendent. One of his favorite projects to date is the O’Gara Training project.

Hailing from New York, you can find Frank outside of work spending time with his family, hanging with friends, or spending time out on the open water boating.
